hp deskjet 1000 not printing

I have a HP Deskjet 1000 j110 series,  that will not print.  I have replaced the cartridge and printed the diagnostic page.  When I go to print a document from Word, Abode or my email it draws the paper in and goes through the motions as if it is printing but no ink on the page.  Any advice would be greatly appriciated.
