HP Envy Photo 6234. Have just upgraded to fibre and now the printer won't work. We have kept the same router and checked the Wi Fi set up is ok and is working. Tried all the options of unplugging the printer, re-booting the PC, and have run the HP Diagnostics which shows no issues, but will not print and test print. The Diagnostics now states that the printer has a serious issue, which it didn't have until we switched to fibre. It is 2 years old and out of warranty. Any ideas.
