My HP Envy 4504 printer is stuck with the following message displayed on the screen:
ERROR CODE 0X83C0000A NOS_LOADER_APP
I have tried all the "hard reset" procedures outlined on various help sites. In the past, when I received this error, I could correct it by removing and replacing the black ink cartridge. This particular time, the print head will not move over so that I can perform the removal and installation of the cartridge.
Any input that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
