I understand the printer is printing blank pages.
Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try making a standalone copy to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Ensure you clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times as shown in step 5 and print a quality report.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.

Try printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists.
