My HP Officejet pro 6975 using Instant will not print Blue ink. All other colors are working

The cartridges have been replaced and are Instant ink.  I have cleaned the print heads and made sure the connection to the cartridge is clear.  It just stopped and I don't know what to do to fix it.  Any help would be appreciated.
