I really need some help. My printer (HP Envy 5055) disconnected from my network / internet, and while correcting this, the "checking printer" notification popped up, followed by:
"HP Instant Ink Cartridge - Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink".
The message WILL NOT GO AWAY, and has stopped me from being able to connect to the internet. I have an HP Instant Ink account, and when going into my account, it can't locate my printer because it's currently offline. I've tried shutting down my printer and leaving it off for a couple of days, I've tried removing the cartridges anf restarting the printer, but when I turn it on, the same message appears and won't go away or allow me to do anything. My warranty has expired, I don't know what to do, I can't find a customer service number for HP Insta Ink, I'm working from home, and I don't want to end up purchasing a new printer. How do I fix this??? Help!!
