When I try to print, it says the "print queue is full", but when I check it, it is empty. I went into C:\Windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS and deleted and that didn't help. I also can't print to PDF or to OneNote.
I have unplugged and replugged everything, uninstalled and reinstalled everything, and started and restared everything..
I was on the phone with Windows customer service for an hour today. They remote accessed my computer and the guy did everything he could think of. Nothing worked. He finally told me to contact HP.
