I see that you are not able to print in Cyan. Have you tried using an alternate color ink cartridge?
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Try making a standalone copy in color and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

If you have already cleaned the ink cartridges, this could be a defective ink cartridge. If you have used more than 1 color ink cartridge and the issue persists, it could be the printer.
Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options.
