I cannot access the home screen on the printer control panel
The screen only displays the "cartridge error" message--I suppose because I've been using those 3rd party inks you've now locked out.
If you now have me in a full nelson to try your instant ink program, what good is that if I can't access the eprint email address to enroll in the program? I've removed the cartridges. but I still get the "install cartridges" message.
what do I do, HP?
