Printer missing lines of the page it is printing , all checks done and alignment done Still doing it

Printer is printing but missing lines out of the printed page,  had error number error code oxb8d20055 pop up but it hasnt shown up since un plugged the printer and turn on again, The problem has persisted. prints some then top half of a word then misses out 6 or seven lines prints ok again and then misses more lines. 

Its on a wireless HP envy 5020
