Thank you for the reply. It sounds as if the hardware and everything is working just fine, so there's no need to interpret that page any further. I just wanted to make sure that we weren't having a hardware issue. So, with that working and you being able to print the background on Power Point, I believe it's an issue with the program you're printing from.
I would suggest making sure the grayscale option is not enabled in the programs you're trying to print from. If that is not enabled though, and the printer is still set to print in color from that program I would suggest checking for any updates to that program or perhaps uninstalling and reinstalling that program.
