Starting with the assumption that you know what you are doing - that is, you have done all this before (same paper, same photos, same settings), and it's worked as expected, the likely culprit: the printer needs maintenance.

In printer settings for the job, back off on the Print Quality setting - Use "Normal" as opposed to "Best"

What about the Aspect Ratio?
The shape and size of the image must fit the shape and size of the paper.
This means that some photos are not going to fit on the paper the way you expect.
Leave that thought for now; it is worth considering if (for example) a sample photo prints oddly on plain paper.
What else?
The paper MIGHT be the culprit.
Paper might be too damp (yes, that is a thing), curled, too thin or too thick.
The surface of the paper might be unacceptable (printer will accept most high-grade brands but still might have trouble with certain not-HP paper surfaces types (matte, glossy, and the odd "semi-gloss" for which there is perhaps no "setting").
The paper must be within the weight limitations supported by the printer.
