I have an image opened in Photoshop that is NOT the same size as the paper currently configured in the Z3100 print driver.
When I get ready to print, even though I change the paper to a custom paper size in the Printer Settings... options the Photoshop preview shows the new paper size accurately, BUT the Print Preview option in the HP software shows the paper size that the device had when the computer booted. To make matters worse the printer prints the image on that paper size.
If the new size is large than the printer driver shows at boot, the image gets cropped. If the new size is smaller than the driver had at boot, the small image is printed on a large price of paper, wasting a lot of paper and sometimes a TREMENDOUS amount of Gloss Enhancer!
Can someone please help me to understand WHY this is happening?
