Reduced print out on 5520

The print outs from my 5520 have suddenly shrunk to about 90%.  This happens with  Office 2010 Word and Excel, pdf and Outlook printouts.  I cannot get it full scale, as it had been.  Any ideas of what went wrong and how to fix this issue?  I became aware of this issue when I wanted to reprint some return labels that I had printed out just about 2 weeks ago.  Nothing works!  Help.
