HI bspaits and spacebug
I would download and run the Print and Scan Doctor to fix common printing problems. Click Here.
I would suggest to fully uninstall the printer if it wasn't done previously.
Download and install the newest drivers. Just select your operating system and select next.
If your on a network.
Lets find out what the IP address is for the computer and the printer.
The first 3 sets of numbers have to match for the printer to get connected to the same network.
Follow this link to access the run window, type cmd, type in ipconfig.
Check the IP address.
Now check the IP address for the printer.
Do the first 3 sets of numbers match?
Print out a configuration page.
