I tried reloading my drivers and every other thing you can think of.
I used to power down my printer then power it back up to reset everything.
I got tired of the long wait for the printer to reboot.
The only solution I have found to this problem that require less wait time is to:
1.Open then close the ink carthridge door to wake the machine up then,
click on print to print your document.
The printer will continue to operate as it should as long as it does not fall into the sleep mode.
You will have to do step 1 every time you need to print after the printer has fallen in to its sleep mode.
This does not fix your problem but, it will get you out of a bind.
