Re: HP Envy 7640 error on scanning “the printer could not connect to Web Services.

Hi @MarioMcCash,

 

I'd like to help!

 

1.) Are you trying to perform a scan to email from the printer's control panel or from your computer?

2.) Who is the Email provider?

3.) Is your Email account configured in the mail account?

4.) Is your printer connected to the Web-Services?

5.) Are you able to log in via web mail? Make sure you don’t use autofill password in the web browser?

6.) Is there a 2-factor authentication setup?

7.) Did you recently change the password?

 

Meanwhile, try and reconfigure the scan to email feature

 

For instructions, refer -How to Scan to Email

 

Note-The product in the time might be different but the steps remain the same to set up scan to email
