I am getting Error Code OXB87359BC - I have tried all steps listed on https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-4500-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5304875/model/5368521/document/c00489814 to no avail. I have tried resetting, removing ink and reseting, etc. The next steps says to contact customer support but there is absolutely no way to do so. I get the error about 30 seconds or less after turning the printer on, every single time. Using official HP Ink Cartridges.
