Unfortunately I lost my job 8 weeks ago and haven't seen nor heard from unemployment yet so I can't do any purchasing. I loved this printer! I have not gone and looked at it myself with the pieces, but that reminds me I think I saw a 6500 in the thrift store yesterday, maybe I could look at it and see if they might be the same.
I also have a DeskJet F4480 I have been trying to get to work unsuccessfully. It was working fine for weeks and have no clue what happened, but it starting getting an error message as soon as you sent a job to print. The error code comes back something about it not being connected and I checked all that. But I'll post a separate question on that as soon as I get a chance.
