Actually i have been on the phone with support for about 45 minutes now (now I am waiting for my print head to "dry" because I had to clean it...for the third time now). They are actually taking me through all the troubleshooting steps I did on line the other night. I am so frustrated because this is a new printer!!...OMG...I was just asked to replace the black cartridge (again). Suddenly it works! They are going to replace my defective black ink cartridge. I am exhausted.
