I have an HP Office jet Pro 8600 (networked). The paper tray has paper in it, but when I ask it to print I get an error message that the tray needs paper. I can run a clean print head process and the paper feeds just fine, but printing a file like excel or from Acrobat reader I get the message. i have unloaded and reloaded the paper, I have not changed the type of paper we use, I have turned the printer on and off - any other ideas?
