Hi eyalaviv
I understand you can scan but can't print.
I am not sure which HP Tool you ran.
I would download and run the Print and Scan Doctor to fix common printing and scanning problems. If it wasn't this tool run this please.
Lets turn off all start up programs to make sure there isn't something blocking the printer from installing correctly. Click on start, in search box type in run, enter, then type in msconfig, click ok.
Click the Services tab. Click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box. Click Disable All, and then click OK.
Then click on the start up tab at the top.
Click on disable all.
Reboot the computer.
Turn off any antivirus software.
Try and print now.
Then go back into msconfig and enable the All Microsoft Services and enable all on the start up tab. Turn the Antivirus software back on again.
Please provide the following information so I can assist you better.
Provide the full name and product number of your printer. Click Here.
(there are a few different Officejet 4500 printers.
How is the printer connected? (USB/ethernet/wireless)
Let me know the results of the Print and Scan Doctor and if it printed after doing the msconfig.
