I'd like to help but might be limited with the assistance I can offer. Let's test the hardware and see if the issue is the printer itself or if the issue is related to the in which case you would have to contact Nova Development, the developers of Greeting Card Factory.
Do you have this issue when you print from any other program? Can you do a photo copy of a 4x6 photo? If you can do a photo copy of a 4x6 with no issue, then the issue is not the printer. If you have any difficulty with other programs on the computer it could be the driver.
As you can see, with additional information I can help identify the issue and point you to the appropriate troubleshooting steps.
If you determine on your own that the issue is limited to the Greeting Card program, I suggest either searching for the Help option within the software or contacting them. > Nova Developement Technical Support.
