You are right Donkeyote, my apologizes it is for 32 bit nit 64.
Okay, new plan. Let's make sure the printer is connected to a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Here is a list of issues that can occur when using a surge protector.
- Inexplicable or false error messages
- Printer will not "wake up" from sleep mode
- Printer appears to be DOA
- Incorrect printout
- Slower than normal printing
- The printer control panel display is blank or shows garbled characters
- Accessories, such as attached copier/scanners, do not function properly
- Monitor loses power or shuts off
- Computer reboots when job is printing
Because the printer is not picking up or feeding paper though the photo tray, I suggest following the solutions in the following document. > An 'Out of Paper' Message Displays on the Control Panel and the e-All-in-One Does Not Pick Up Paper from the Photo Tray.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
