Hello,
I am having issues with printing photos onto 5"x 6.5" card stock.
I was mostly successful in the past with a different card stock that was slightly larger and more textured.
I can not seem to get the photo to show in its entirety on the card....consistently.
When I use plain copy paper and cut the paper to size, I get a better results. ??? Meaning, the photo lines up and the borders are the size wanted, more consistently
I experiment with the print setting continuously.
I also find, I get all of the print settings options only when I drag the photo to my desk top and print from there.
Vs. from my iMAC photos library or photoshop.
2. ink striations are printing on the back side of my cards and photo paper.... ???
3. I have repeatedly cleaned the print heads. The test print out looks fine but when I print with certain settings, the ink does not lay evenly, I get scratchy lines of print all along the face of the card print out. Certain settings, such as setting it to photo paper when in actuality it is card stock, will produce an even inking.
4. The setting photos below are only one round of printing... I create screen captures until I come to success. I save the successful settings only to find it is all for nothing when printing a different photo.
This did not happen with the first card stock.
I use AT$T wireless internet connection.
Please see the attached photos.... the beach scene with the ocean is the latest card stock that has been the most frustrating. The pictures with the lifeguard SUV and a close up of the sand were decent. The close up sand shot did not
maintain the correct centering though.
