 If you have not done so, install the Full Feature Software for the printer to ensure use of the full range of features available on the printer.

The User Guide explains the method used to print on Photo Paper at higher DPI settings.

Example:

Print PDF document as an Image with Max DPI

Latest version of Adobe Reader DC  >

OpenDocument > File> Print>

Advanced> CheckPrint As Image> OK>

On Main Print Menu:

Properties> tab Paper Quality :

for Media> Select HP Advanced Photo Papers>

Click Advanced> for Print in Max DPI> Select Yes> OK> OK

On Main Print Menu:

Select / Adjust other options >> Print

NOTES:

 The method is similar to print a Word document (from within Word)

 Remember to select the Media type before you try to select "Max DPI"

  Scanning from the ADF may be restricted to DPI of 300 or lower.
