My OfficeJet J4580 has worked just fine on my mac, but since updating my work computer (a PC) to Windows 10, I haven't been able to get it to work properly. Now, I can't even get the driver to even download. I have tried this both through the "HP Support Assistant" application and through the HP website, and the result is the same. The computer seems to get stuck on the first step: "checking system". There was a message for me to be patient, but I let it run for 4 hours and it was still working. (I was not encouraged by the fact that HP chose a spinning CD icon in this screen...a bit obsolete there, HP!) Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!
