Have the same problem but on BOTH 8600 printers we have and BOTH happened at the same time. It's not a print head/pump/cleaning problem. I suspect it's something to do with Windows 10 that loaded itself onto my computer after me constantly saying, "NO I don't want it." Would like an answer from HP. Do I simplly need to reload the drivers? Probably? I'm sure you've gotten a gazillion questions concerning this error and have already tied it to Windows 10. Help please.
