Hi ,

 

Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!  I see you have refilled the cartridges in your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545. Now you are getting a cartridge error on the control panel.

 

I would like you to start troubleshooting here: Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink for the HP ENVY 4500 and Deskjet Ink Advantage 3540 e-All-in-One Printer Series

 

I know you are getting an error message regarding the cartridges, however, you will notice Use Genuine HP Cartridges :

 

'HP recommends that you use genuine HP cartridges. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP cartridges or refilled HP cartridges. If you do not use genuine HP cartridges, the following solutions might not resolve your print quality issue.'
