I'm Having the same issue, was able to reset factory Defaults by holding down the PRINT PHOTOS Buttons and even had it print a page but no ink or print was on paper, so tried to align the heads to which now the control panel Displays a grid with the color bar at the bottom, keeps cycling on and off, seems like to me this is covered under the lemon law as i see so many having the same issue, maybe someone will sue!!!
