Thank you for your response and suggestions, but the cartridge is really, really stuck. It won't budge. I should be able to pull it and it should move. With extreme force, I can't move it. I'm thinking about plyers. Is there a latch or something I can push. It will not budge. It's on the right. I also don't see any paper jams anywhere. I followed all the directions. I fear something is wrong, really wrong......and of course, it's out of warranty.
I'm dissappointed. It feels like HP products run and as soon as out of warranty, something goes wrong. This is my second HP printer. My first one crapped out just after the warranty ended. I should think that a printer would last longer than three years.
