Hi, sorry that the document that I sent you did not resolve the issue. When you used the set up cartridges, did you make sure that they were empty before you replaced them? The set up cartridges are designed to train the print head in the printer and if they were not used then this could be the reason why you are having issues. I also strongly suggest that you plug the power cable directly to a wall outlet. The printer has a built in surge protector and if you have it connected to a power bar or any other type of surge protection, the printer will not function properly due to lack of power.
