I understand you've been having issues copying/scanning with your Laserjet 100 printer. I'm sorry to hear this has been happening, but I will certainly do my best to help you resolve this issue.
As the printer appears to be having the issue scanning or copying, I'd recommend that you follow the cleaning and testing steps in that document. I realize the document title isn't quite what you're experiencing but the steps should help nonetheless.
If you are still having the same issue at the end of that document, please make sure that your printer is plugged directly to a wall outlet to ensure the printer is getting enough power to function properly.
