Hi
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "prints wrong language" issue.
As this printer does not have a display, if press and hole button for 3seconds or press a few buttons in combination it would print out reports.
Try the steps below-
Change the language through the Embedded Web Server (wireless only)
If your printer is connected to your computer with a USB cable, skip to Uninstall and then reinstall the software.
Use an Internet browser to open the Embedded Web Server (EWS), and then change the language setting. The EWS is available only for printers that are set up on a wireless network.
Print a Network Configuration Page.
On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button
and the Information button
at the same time.
Both a Network Configuration Page and a Wireless Network Test Report print.

On the Network Configuration Page, find URL for the embedded web server.

NOTE:
If you connected to your computer with Wi-Fi Direct, locate the URL under the Wi-Fi Direct heading.
From a computer connected to your network, type the entire URL into an Internet browser. If the webpage remains blank, try a different Internet browser.
In the EWS, click the Settings tab.
Click Preferences, and then click International.
Under Control Panel Language, select the desired control panel language.

Click Apply, wait until the changes are confirmed, and then close the EWS.
Turn your printer off and then on.
If these steps did not resolve the issue, continue to the next step.
If the printer is connected via USB then follow steps 2 in the document -Printer Reports Print in Wrong Language
