WHENEVER I SWITCH ON MY PRINTER, IT SHOWS AN ERROR CODE OX......MY PRODUCT WAS IN WARRANTY WHEN I FACED THE PROBLEM. HP SENT A TECHNICIAN WHO REPAIRED THE PRODUCT AND THEN WITHIN A WEEK THE SAME ERROR CODE WAS SHOWN. ON CONTACTING HP NOW, THEY WANT THE CASE REPORT OF THE SAME. THEY ASK ME TO SCAN IT. HOWEVER SINCE MY PRINTER ITSELF IS DOWN, HOW CAN I SCAN IT AND GIVE IT TO THEM? PLSS HELP... I NEED URGENT HELP
