I have a HP Photosmart D7360 that I bought back in 2009 or so. A couple of years ago, while I was moving, I lost the power adapter for it, and have just recently purchased a new one and have the printer up and running again.
For whatever reason, whenever I go to print 4x6 photos now in HP Photosmart Studio, it tells me that the printer doesn't support borderless printing, even though I know for a fact that it does (at least it did two years ago).
I have a Mac OS X (10.6), just uninstalled and reinstalled HP Photosmart Studio, and downloaded the most recent driver update for my computer (this one: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL907), as well as did a general system update (and yes, I restarted my computer). I'm still getting the same error message.
Can anyone help me out?
