I see that the printer is in error state, to provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-
Does the error message appear on the printer?
What happens when you remove the ink cartridges and close the access door?
If the printer throws an error with or without ink, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays. If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
