I have an Officejet H470 connected to an HP Pavillion dv4-5113cl laptop computer via direct USB cable. It suddenly stopped printing and won't feed paper. No changes have been made to the basic system configuration. When the printer is turned on, it goes through the normal start-up cycle, but then gives an error light pattern of resume light and right cartridge light blinking, power light off. When I open the hatch to the cartridge bay, the blinking lights stop and the power light comes on green, then goes back to the same blink pattern when I close the hatch. The cartridge carrier does not seem to be moving. I cannot find the above error light pattern in the online troubleshooting tips. Does anyone have thoughts or advice on this problem? Thanks...
