I've been banging on to the point of despair ever since updating to Mavericks and the so called 'experts' are just a joke. They can't even read posts properly. All they can do is offer facile and useless suggestions when all that is needed is to alter a bit of code.
Their idea of customer support is one of engendering frustation and anger by their ignorant and cavalier attitude.
Well, all I can say is that this will be reflected when the buying public come to replacing their machines!
