Firstly I can never get through to HP support which drives me absolutely crazy
Secondly and I have tried to get this sorted through various ways, The printer is on a contract where you pay for 30 pages per month and get the ink etc. Seemed like a good idea at the time. However the printer keeps stuffing the jobs into the print queue and then never prints them saying it is off line. Then I get fed up of not being able to print and so I send the printer the print job via an email. Which is then the printers opportunity to spit out 5 copies of the thing I want printed then guess what I go over my printer allowance each month, Trying to get this money refunded is IMPOSSIBLE
Hence the reason why I am so sick of my printer and I am currently thinking about cancelling the Direct Debit and throwing the **bleep** thing into the road to wait for a passing truck to assist in its demise
