To better assist you - Have you tried printing from a different application? If you have not, I'd suggest you try that.
Try adding built-in printer drivers - HP Printers - Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
