Looking for some help with my Envy 4502 All-in-One printer. It had been working fine all day, then suddenly showed an error message midway through printing one page. Error message read something like "Printer cartridge jam, clear paper jam." There is no paper jam. I have taken cartridges out and put them back in. Cartridges move freely when pushed manually. I have read through the forums for similar issues and followed the 4 options for resolve of the issue, I have also watched the 7 minute you tube video. I am not finding any listed solution for how to fix this issue if it is a false error message. I also downloaded the most recent drivers and firmwear, but that did not solve the issue either. Any suggestions?
