Recently, my Officejet G510g-m has been giving me issues. No matter how many pages I'm printing, the printer reads "No paper in tray" so I'll open up a new pack to put fresh paper and it still won't print. Once it even said there was paper jammed in the rollers but I took the printer apart and there was none to be found. I watched a YouTube video with multiple steps on how to fix this, I tried all and none worked. I've reset it, used new paper, cleaned the rollers, and did just about everything HP suggested I did... would I be better off with a new printer? Or could the problem be from recently upgrading my HP 2000 to Windows 10? Any help is appreciated.
