Wireless is on, everything is plugged in, paper in, test pages print......nothing. I've tried over and over again to print from email, internet and office document and nothing will print. I checked my wireless connection, ink, paper, everything. I don't know what to try next. I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps, reconnected the wireless, turned off the printer and computer. In HPEprint no documents are showing as waiting to print, only an "error printing" message but it doesn't tell me what the error is. Please help and thank you.
