Printer has been working fine, used for only word processing letters & envelopes, pdfs, excel sheets (no color). Not networked. Connected to PC via USB. Two days ago I sent a print job to the printer which says Ready, and nothing happened. We uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, reboot every time. I've tried using all the USB ports in my PC(Windows 7 - 64-bit). PC appears to send the message which becomes a Print Error message. The printer still prints from its own commands and prints the menu maps. It's just not taking any commands from the PC. Any suggestions?
