I've had no problem printing with my CM1312nfi all-in-one over a network connection, but I am unable to scan. Troubleshooting steps led me to download the full 300+ mb driver solution, but when I run it, after the extraction completes (I see a progress bar) it just shuts down.
I have uninstalled the existing driver before running the software but the same thing still happens -- I cannot get the full software solution to install, hence I cannot scan. I can reinstall a printer driver but I really want to be able to use the scanner. Any suggestions? I am running Windows 10 64-bit on a Lenovo Yoga 3 notebook, and I have disabled firewall software.
