So its Sunday night and I have an emergency print I have to do for a job tomorrow. I have an Office Jet "Pro" 8600 that has printed without issue since I bought it and now I am getting the 'PICK MOTOR STALLED" message. Not only do I not know what that means although I think it may have to do with how the printer grabs the paper to print. I had put in about 4 sheets of Canon matte photo paper. I have used HP photo paper in the past with no issue. Stapes had a sale so I bought the Canon. Please don't tell me HP has pulled the classic other papers don't work in our exclusive machines (that would be so sad) I tried to power down and no luck. I am NOT HAPPY.
How can I fix this and/or copy the file onto a flash drive. Can I take that to Staples to be printed?
