having same issue as the other. Can't get the printer to use the photo tray with the 4x6 photo tray. But i DID specify in setings to use the photo tray. My new 5741 DOES see and recognize the tray and paper but invariably prints on the 8x10 plain paper. ????? using windows 8.1 and photo gallery.
