Hi,

Click the bottom right button next to the wrench to access the printer Setup menu.

Using the on screen arrows navigate to Tools, and then press OK.

Using the arrows navigate to RestoreFactoryDefaults, and then press OK.

Now follow the steps below to enable the Web Services, the printer will produce a new page with a new claim code for the ePrint service:
