I tried these suggestions and they did no good. I downloaded everything the HP website had for my CP1215. The installation created a folder for toolbox, but the folder is empty. I also downloaded Scan Doctor and ran it; it had nothing to do with getting toolbox going. The only thing added onto my program list on the Windows start menu is HP assistant, which is of no assistance at all with this. It`s index doesn`t even know toolbox exists.
